Obama utterly failed in his most basic responsibility, to keep America safe. He is the Chief Executive in charge. Ebola was a known threat. His policies allowed it to come to the US. Obama has most definitely not failed. The goal of the Soros Administration is to “fundamentally transform” the country, remember?
Creating chaos, importing disease and corruption, and dismantling civil society are all succeeding wildly. The ultimate goal of turning our republic into a socialist dictatorship is clearly in sight for the leftists.
