Is gay marriage legal in Iowa today?

I believe Iowa was the 2nd state to make it legal after MA. Purely because judicial activists besieged the state.

As far as revoking it, Iowa has not done so yet. It will take awhile because they have to battle the entire legal system in order to change the legal structures.

Once a bunch of states have installed enough conservative judges they can work together to go the other way on gay marriage. I figure it may take 2 years or so. Maybe less depending on national dynamics (ie how much power the GOP gains in elections and how many more scandals the far left has).

Yes, it is. Voting out the judges didn’t change the ruling.
