Sounds like a textbook heart attack, actually. Vomiting is a common symptom. Ebola patients on the other hand don’t vomit and drop dead.

I vomited after the artery was cleared and I was in ICU. Projectile.

Sounds like a textbook heart attack, actually. Nausea can be a symptom of a heart attack.
On occasion, vomiting can be a symptom.
Profuse vomiting? I've never heard of that as a heart attack indicator.

Ebola patients on the other hand dont vomit and drop dead.
Remember the mid-90s non-fiction book "The Hot Zone", by Richard Preston? The first chapter describes the death of a French man living in Kenya who contracted Marburg virus, another deadly hemorrhagic fever virus very closely related to the Ebola virus. The man dropped dead after vomiting a prodigious amount of blood in a crowded Nairobi hospital waiting room - after flying to Nairobi on a crowded flight.
Presumably the gentleman who passed away in the current incident did not vomit blood.

Could have also been symptoms of drug smuggling internally.

I would agree. No one said anything about intense fever while he was on the plane, and that is a major marker. But here’s the thing....every passenger on that plane, and the stewardesses are scared right now. I would be willing to bet as time goes by and a few episodes occur via plane travel....suddenly folks make a decision that they just won’t travel much. Airline industry is a sacred place of commerce, and it’d really mess up the economy of the world if people just said “you know, for the next six months....I don’t go and visit anyone for any reason”.

Oh come on, why stop the fun on this thread.
Man has heart attack on plane is worthy of a five post thread.
Man dies of Ebola on jumbo jet and infects 400 Americans who will by the end the week infect 40,000 Americans would be worthy of a thousand post thread.

sounds like a textbook hear attack, actuallyAssume you're correct. Fact is, he was vomiting all over the place. How could you be sure he didn't have both Ebola and a heart attack with just a "cursory observation"?
