Attorney General Eric Holder is stepping down and the Senate will soon have the opportunity to consider a replacement. The Senate should not support Obama's nominee for Attorney General if he/she will not promise to enforce our immigration laws. The Attorney General is the highest law enforcement agent in the land and should be enforcing the law, not aiding a president in circumventing those laws.

If he/she is accepting the job in this administration., he/she's probably more worried about their own amnesty years down the road.
Maybe he/she should simple demand a guaranteed plea deal before his/she signs on.
