Use iodine to detox fluoride. Also get a Berkey water filter to remove fluoride, chlorine, arsenic, etc.. from your drinking water.
make sure you take the right kind (form) and enough. Don’t take kelp. Take Lugol’s or Iodoral in mg, not mcg.
