Oh horse puckey. Companies developing ebola vaccines and cures do so with private funds. For example, Monsanto is partially funding Tekmira, a Canadian company very close to testing their vaccine. Tekmira’s stock went from $13 a few weeks ago to $24 more recently. The boobs writing this hit piece apparently do not understand finance.
