I am willing to listen to you when you are able to tell me what third party has been successful and should be chosen as a replacement for the GOP

I'm not looking for or recommending a third party. I am looking for conservatives regardless of party. I have some simple standards I apply, some of which are negotiable. The person that meets all the non-negotiable standards and the majority of the negotiable standards is the person I will vote for, regardless of party.

You can keep voting party if you like. That is your prerogative.

Much of the money went to community transformation grants. These were basically welfare grants healthcare for poor and minority.

Mush of the money went to waste in many different ways. Of course, I’m talking about the entire federal budget which is welfare for unions, businesses and politicians.

Yet, nobody on the (R)/RNC side asks just how many DIFFERENT departments/agencies/etc. we need to (aka BIG gov’t) to show how ineffective the it truly is (2+ cases so far...)

I know I’m pissing into the wind, but the (R)/RNC should just film the open border, the chilrens ‘plight’ of disease/etc. and then the routes to middle-America with a lovely biohazard warning....All that $$ sure ain’t protecting the Southern border

That doesn’t surprise me at all. Those are certainly very important functions of the federal government that even GOPe Republicans can support. /sarc

Karl Rove was just on BOR and when asked by BOR if the govt is lying to us about ebola and ISIS, all Rove could say was they were not being entirely honest.

People like Rove are the enemy within.

Bring Out Your Dead

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

It is working.

I have overheard people saying the Ebola in Texas was the Earth’s revenge on Republicans.

Now, they are probably loony to begin with, but when all the media outlets are controlled that will be the narrative.

Probably? No it's factual and it's their new attack ad, which those they used like " The Republicans want to throw Grandma down the stairs/cliff"

Don't fall for it, if you do then you are just helping them.

I didn’t fall for it, they did.

For the majority of people, the MSM sets the narrative.
