So CDC budget increased 10% instead of 30% increase. Washington calls the smaller “increase” a cut. LOL!

Oh so they are implying we could have spent our way out of Ebola, that the Dems are allowing to come in and infect everyone. They are breaching protocol. Basically the United States is a dumping ground for Ebola.

No one else in the world calls increase in budgets cuts. Perhaps North Korea?

There has NOT BEEN A BUDGET for years, they are working off of Continuing Resolutions.
In fact Senate Dems have explained a Budget is not required, CR’s are fine and dandy
