What about the dilemma of someone who gets sick? If they have flu symptoms but don't think they've had Ebola contact, do they run more risk going to the Emergency Ward, full of sick and infected people? How do hospitals keep people who go there and work there safe from the spread of the disease? Who's going to pay for the care?
All hypothetical questions. For individuals, becoming more isolated and avoiding disease is probably the best reaction at this point.
