They've started hiring at that Thomson prison in N. Illinois; they had a "job fair". He will probably want to send them there. We have been down this road before.

All that I've seen lately is about the hiring. With people desperate for good-paying jobs, a lot aren't going to care who populates the prison.

Why hire Americans? Most of these type prison systems use Liberians or other Africans.
