In the latest case, prosecutors said McMillan interfered with officers who’d stopped two accused fare-beaters in a Manhattan subway station in December 2013.
McMillan claimed to be a lawyer, urged the two not to cooperate with police, hectored the officers and got in the way while shooting video when the officers took the two to a transit police station, according to police and prosecutors. Her conduct showed “utter contempt for the police and the important job they do,” prosecutors said in court papers this spring. …

Occupy Wall Street TERRORISTS, they are not protesters, they are terrorists. Any group that regularly attacks police, damages businesses, attacks pedestrians, cars, sh*ts on cars, rapes women, threatens to blow up a bridge, stinks up the whole section of a city for months on end are TERRORISTS.
The government sure is reticent to prosecute terrorists on the Left in the U. S.
Still too busy chasing those shadow “right-wing terrorists” of course. The left-wing ones are free to create more havoc.

I think it’s perfectly ok to claim you are a lawyer, as long as you are not representing a client and charging for it.
Based on that, I would vote not guilty.

Contempt for LEOs is a justifiable offense. And that’s not to excuse contemptible dicks on the payroll.
We shouldn’t be paying taxes to support personnel that it’s acceptable to piss on.
Occupy Wall Street is small potatoes compared to the ritoing contraband in Ferguson MO, and not much is being done to them (I guess less whites are endangered by them). Groups like OWS are the natural outcome when adults stop having families; they need something to fill their empty lives, and seek causes that give them some sense of fulfillment (so they can feel they are “doing something” while foreigners raise the next generation of “Americans”).
