Interesting further in the article - looks like he would hold either caucus hostage if he were the deciding vote - Lisa Murkowski as majority leader to be with the Republicans, and Heidi Heitkamp to side with the Democrats...if that’s even to be believed to be any other than just a ploy avoid answering the question.
