The one main difference between Che and Stalin/Hitler, is that Che did his own torturing and killing, including teenagers.
Hitler and Stalin got their psychopathic henchmen to do the dirty work.
It is estimated that Che killed over 1,000 people by himself, usually with a gunshot to the back of the head. Firing squads did the rest (including anti-Batista freedom fighters who didn’t want communism as a replacement - such as the brother and uncle of the wife of the late Paul Bethel, a onetime major supporter of Castro).
