Profiling is good, but security should be beefed up at all international airports. If I was traveling to the USA after Ebola exposure, whether for nefarious reasons or for free high-quality treatment, I would choose the airport with the weakest screening. Even our weakest screening should be effective, while the highest risk entry points should have the best we can create.

This beefing up is not good enough. They need to stop taking passengers here who have recently been to the affected countries. Of course, as the disease spreads through other countries that will not catch everyone, and beefing up may be needed to stop any infected from those areas as well.
