I can confirm that. I know a guy who is close friends with a GOP Congressman. This Congressman showed him cell phone video taken during a meeting between Obama and the GOP Caucus. He alternates between finger-wagging lectures and then falling asleep when somebody else is talking.

He was certainly quick to defend Clinton when it came to security in Benghazi.people got him on that lie when he asked that if she had no idea that extra security was needed and never saw the memo why wasn’t anyone fired. They only went after the whistle blower. Panetta had no answer.
