With the exception of ebola and marburg, most of the increases come from unvaccinated people coming across our Southern border with no screeneing. EV68, TB, Chickangunwhatsis, dengue, whooping cough, polio are all diseases that we had under control.

We used to screen people coming in for health issues but I believe we stopped that so that we would not “discriminate” against people with AIDS.

Not only the vaccines, it's also about people with diseases that aren't being properly recognized or treated, so that they have a higher risk of being antibiotic resistant. I also fear that some diseases may reach the point where the efficiency of actual vaccines may not be so miraculous, because the germs have mutated and adapted to it. It frankly reminds me of these guys... Only their adaptation is a result of incompetence and stupidity on our own side above all else.
