I do not believe most of these people are “unemployable” except that they’ve become so. Bring back jobs and cut down on freebies and you’d be surprised what people can accomplish.
Maybe in a couple of generations, but that’s only if you’re optimistic. For the most part, I just see more and more of this country functioning like Indian reservations over time.
