Didn’t happen.
He’s a liar...
Wouldn’t be so sure given what I’ve seen of Comcast’s business practices in the past.
“After Conal’s termination, his employer, the accounting company, said it had received an email from Comcast summarizing their conversations.”
Well they definitely contacted his employer, according to his employer’s own admission. It’s not so hard to believe he was fired after that ...
Comcast sucks.
Direct TV sucks.
Dish Network sucks.
Verizon sucks.
No One is happy with the old soft shoe they give you.
My thoughts exactly
Comcast Vows to Improve Its Dismal Customer Service: Should You Believe Them?

Comcast vows: We’ll fix our customer service

They promise better customer service years from now:
“Transformation isnt going to happen overnight. In fact, it may take a few years before we can honestly say that a great customer experience is something were known for. “

So if you are defending them as part of their viral pr team, you might at least want to get on message. Although your response is one folks might expect from them.
I work for Comcast. I’m betting this did happen.
Willing to retract YOUR lie yet?
Comcast said they apologized to him, although they didn’t bother to communicate it to him, just the press, and PwC has been outed as the accounting firm.
So with plenty of factual admissions on record from the two companies involved, are you still sticking with YOUR LIE that he’s a liar and it never happened?
Or do you have some modicum of integrity?
