It is not President Barack Obama's fault that the media, and hence the public, did not understand what he meant when he said he had "decimated" the core leadership of al-Qaida.
That misunderstanding grew when it was revealed that the Osama bin Laden-less leadership of al-Qaida was still alive and had moved into Syria, morphing into what is now known as the Khorasan Group within ISIS -- the Islamist State in Iraq and Syria

I never support Obozo, but he has some wiggle room here. The reason is because people don't have the right definition for the word decimate. The term comes from ancient Rome when a unit of soldiers had one who showed cowardice during combat. In such cases, the commander would decimate the squad by killing every tenth soldier in the combat unit. So, the term decimate should mean to destroy every tenth item. However, this definition has been blurred over time to mean destroy completely. As to what Obozo meant, it probably is somewhere between these two extremes, or it could be a simple teleprompter malfunction.

BS.
Obama (and his handlers) DO NOT WANT an American “victory” in ANYTHING he has proposed or ANY international policy he has made or ANY economic issue he has adopted.
He and his party want capitalism - and the America it represents - destroyed.
