The police attacked a 15-year-old from Liberia on the Walser mountain. The teenager said his family had died of the disease. The crisis team met.
Maybe Salzburg has its first suspected case of Ebola since Monday. In the afternoon the police had picked up a young man from Liberia on the Walser mountain during a Schengen investigation. He was traveling alone and claimed to be 15 years old. The reason for his escape from Liberia he called the Ebola epidemic raging there: His family had died. He was then rushed to the provincial hospital. He is now on Infectious Diseases of the Third medicine.
For the first time, the existing contingency plan for handling a suspected Ebola case was activated in Salzburg State Hospital. "It is absolutely too early to speak of a suspected case. Purpose, the patient must only to be examined for possible symptoms," said Health Officer Christian Stöckl (ÖVP).

Just to be clear... the police did not attack this young man... chrome didn’t understand the syntax.. they captured or seized the young man. In another article it is mentioned the young man’s family died two months ago... so very doubtful he has ebola.
