Roberts sides with the liberals once again, so now the WaPo can exclaim how “mature” the court is.

There were no recorded dissents from the Court's refusal to hear the case. Which tells me that Scalia, Alito and Thomas don't want the issue heard, because they are afraid that a majority nof the Court will rule for gay marriage.
