Another of Warren Buffetts rail lines?
Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway owns BNSF Railway, which may benefit from Phillips 66's business. So will Norfolk Southern, which handles this traffic east of Chicago.
Pipelines are likely to be built from North Dakota to New Jersey, so rail is the only economical way to transport Bakken crude.
