He is the reason I could not vote for Obama, having had him as a senator for my state for so long I simply could not ever vote for him as VP.

Wittingly or otherwise, Joe Biden had put his finger exactly on the problem - Turkey is NOT, repeat NOT, a reliable ally in the fight to contain and degrade the capabilities of ISIS. Former Prime Minister and now President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has been supporting ISIS at every turn, by allowing the ISIS recruits to freely cross over into Syria, and accepting petroleum through the black market back channels.
Then he is called to account for letting that bit of intelligence to shine through, and he had to revert to his persona, which is to look like a stooge and a totally inept blunderer. Once again, Joe is just being Joe. Jumps to back the wrong horse in every race.
Even when it seems he should know better.
