They don't like Free Republic. Maybe they don't like anybody else either. Anyway, you need to click on the link to get their info.

Panned by critics everywhere, both from the left and the right.
That usually hurts, but is it production or opposition to the content ( I haven’t seen it yet).
Got trashed by critics
Some people going to see it just to see how chessey it is....
Yes, we saw it. It was Airplane!, without the humor. Leslie Nielson was way better than Nicolas Cage.
Apparently, it’s another Nicholas Cage stinker.
Is there anything that man won’t star in to pay his back taxes?
Mission accomplished for the Hollywood Left.
Put enough effort into it, like Atlas Shrugged, to say you tried your best, but make it lukewarm, watered-down, so people can say, “Hey, there’s just no good storyline there. Everyone hates it.”
I took the wife and the boy to Maze Runner and we were all quite impressed.
“Left Behind” was already done. Is there no one in that business that can think/write an original story?
Went to see it with my 2 brothers. Theater was half full. It surprised me how much I liked it. It stayed with me afterwards. Want all my relatives to see cause if any are nonChristian they’ll know what will happen after the rapture.
I saw the original on youtube and the remake was better.
Also if one has seen Cage’s other movies expect the same Cage acting in this one.
Took the whole family to see it on opening night. Have to say that not one of us liked it.
It is time to renew the faith among a new generation who are not being instructed in eschatology as my generation was 40 years ago. Too many false alarms by people who should have known better , claiming to know the day and hour, like Harold Camping
( twice). The rapture remains the blessed hope of the church, Maranatha. Always imminent.

I forgot to mention the one humorous and very non-PC scene involving punting the dwarf.
Yeah, I literally laughed out loud when I saw that! I liked that little guy.
Willie Robinson is one of the executive directors of it.
I saw it this weekend with church friends. We agreed it is intense with a very important message that needs to be shared.
Thanks. Especially by our evangelical millenials.,
I never pay attention to critics anyways. They always trash the action movies I like while hyping those depressing “intelligent” movies that barely make a profit and aren’t in theaters for long. Blech!
