At this point, I would take my chances with Biden. Obama (and the people around him) is either incompetent or evil, and neither choice is good for this country. Obama will never be impeached, but maybe he can be forced to resign. Biden is a gaffmaster and a lefty more or less, but I don't think he hates this country like Obama does.

There is no impeachment for someone who attained office fraudulently. They are simply removed. Biden however might have to go as well since we vote for a ticket and no longer vote for a VP. So we may end up with a cry baby in the WH.

I don’t think so. If BO is illegitimate then so is everyone he picked for anything. I think the same procedure would be followed that resulted in Gerald Ford becoming president after Nixon resigned.
