I don’t see how the judges can do much on this. You’d have
to do the whole primary again....

I can’t see the courts allowing a flawed election to stand
if they find it to be flawed.
Thus either a new election or an appointed Senator to hold
the office until a schedule election could be held in two
years.. Who knows the potential outcomes at this stage.
The judges in Mississippi are owned by Haley Barbour.
They are stalling for time, so that McDaniel cannot support a write-in candidate to oppose Cochran.
McDaniel has fallen for the trap and wasting his time in court.
