MOORE, Oklahoma - The Cleveland County District Attorney has filed formal notification to seek death penalty for a man who is accused of beheading a woman and stabbing another one at Vaughan Foods in Moore.
DA Mashburn said he is seeking death penalty for Nolen because,
1. The murder was especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel.
2. The defendant knowingly created a great risk of death to more than one person.
3. There exists a probability that the defendant will commit criminal acts of violence that would constitute a continuing threat to society.
4. The defendant was previously convicted of a felony involving the use or threat of violence to the person.

There should be a new punishment: Capital punishment with pigfat. Most criminals wouldn’t care, but this one would.
Does Oklahoma actually execute death row inmates, or does it keep them alive for 20 years or more, like Pennsylvania?
Oklahoma forgot to execute one, so they resentenced him to life.
I think the best punishment before execution would also be a slap in the face to the MSM. For the court to declare that he is “not a Muslim, because Muslims do not commit such evil acts”, so that while awaiting execution, he should be “denied such religious privileges that are given to those of religious faith”.
That means: no beard, no skullcap, no prayer rug, no permission to attend prayer services with Muslims, no religious counseling, and then after execution, that his remains be denied Muslim ritual funerary services, but are interred with the remains of non-religious prisoners.
Death of 1000 cuts with salted pig fat over a period of 5 days!
No sense in overreacting. A little sitdown and a stern talking to should suffice.
And don’t give him any special privileges in jail while he awaits his execution.
No roasted lamb, no specially slaughtered chicken and all that BS.
Give him pork rinds and call it hallal KFC.
