I’m not a conspiracy theorist, however, i know people who are “intellectual elites” and they are CERTAIN that overpopulation will ruin the planet. I think that it’s actually possible that “they” want black and white people to die en masse and will not act appropriately to stop ebola
I think that you are on to something. The elites want every but them to die or be killed. They operate under the impression that they only are worthy of living. They may keep a few slaves to do their bidding, but everyone else has to die.

He responded “radical environmentalists who believe that the main problem with Planet Earth is too many humans. They truly believe that a massive number of people need to be killed off in order to “save” the planet. And many of them are highly educated work in research facilities on university campuses where they have both the means and the motive to do it.”
