I understand that there is some kind of government form which is said to be difficult to complete that must be filed at tax time to provide proof of qualification subsidy payment. Hope we who do taxes receive information prior to December 31.

And also check "NO" in the proper box, or you can kiss your qualification subsidy good-bye!
