This morning, we were made aware that one of our students may have had contact with an individual who was recently diagnosed with the Ebola virus. "

I don’t blame them. Schools are germ reactors.
Not until this is over and there isn’t any more cases. Since I live in the same area...I want to know were this poor man has been.
No way would my kid be going back to school. Holy smokes.
I dont blame them either. I would too.
Don’t panic, everything’s fine parents. The chances of you child contracting this virus, and having their organs liquefy and send them to a slow painful death are very low, almost 2 in 100. And please stop being bigots and welcome random foreigners into our country with welcome arms!
GOOD! on them!
He knew he had it and traveled to America and stayed with family.
I pity him but he’s likely killed people with his decisions.
Poor man? He came back here knowing full well he had been exposed to Ebola, risking his own family and all with whom he came in contact with.
Especially those vomiting and running a fever.
He got ebola in Liberia from a pregnant woman who died from the disease before he got on the planes to the USA. He was infected and he got on the plane anyway.
Looks like I picked a good year to start homeschooling my Sons.
Probably ignorant and hoping he couldn't / didn't get it.
Yeah I’m surprised the CDC director didn’t tell everyone it would be a sign of good faith to hug an Ebola victim to show them they are not lepers and they need love too and there is no risk as a Fox News Dr. Bernie Seigel said it can’t be transmitted through kissing today.

Winner of the Worst Letter Sent Home From School Award, going away.
Just ignorance IMO. He carried his pregnant dying friend into the house after the hospital rejected them. Probably didn't know how easy he could pick it up.
And so the Obamanation rolls on.
Close the schools for ten days. Simple. It will be a lot cheaper than risking several Ebola cases. If I’d had a serious economic disease in a feedlot, I’d isolate the feedlot until it’d been at least ten days from the last case. No need to commingle more cattle and risk more economic loss.
