Health care is a hot topic on the campaign trial for both parties, but 37 percent of Democrats running for Congress don’t even bring up the subject of Obamacare, President Barack Obama’s signature health care reform law, a Brookings Institution analysis has found.

The study of 1,662 candidates running in House and Senate primaries also found just 25.5 percent of Democratic candidates were willing to offer even lukewarm support of the Affordable Care Act.

Republican candidates, on the other hand, were adamantly opposed, with 73.8 percent favoring repeal of Obamacare, the study found. …

Re: “Republican candidates, on the other hand, were adamantly opposed, with 73.8 percent favoring repeal of Obamacare.”

Is this the same thing as publicly campaigning for the repeal of ObamaCare?

Are Republican candidates in Blue or Toss Up districts running TV ads that support repeal?

Not that I have seen or read about here in Seattle.

And...

Off topic, but health related, and completely amazing.

I donated blood yesterday.

This was a question for all donors asked by the screening nurse:

“What was your gender at birth?”

They actually asked that?

Wouldn’t that be a moot question if one was offering a sperm sample and was evidently male?

Now I don’t have to wonder if that question was asked during the days of Noah, after a fashion.

For those 37% who don't even bring up the issue... The Republican candidate should make ObamaCare the centerpiece of their campaign. They should force the issue to be discussed, and make their Democratic opponents defend the law.

Let the Democrats choke on it. Let them embrace the suck.

Folks.....you must turn out and vote on election day, November 4, 2014 against every single Democrat, no matter who they might be...and totally destroy the entire Democrat Party, politically and with its political destruction, turn POTUS Barack Hussein (I adore my Muslim Brotherhood/ISIS brethtren) Obama into a full blown, incompetent “Lame Duck” POTUS!!! The very survival of the USA is at stake!!!

It doesn’t matter is 100% of the people want Obamacare. It’s only what the overlords in DC want. That’s about all that matters anymore. They represent what THEY are going to do to US. They don’t represent us in the least anymore.

Odumbo is certainly a “disease” anyone with an ounce of common sense would want to avoid. No matter what he or his minions touch turns into horse sh$t. Worst president this county has or will ever (hopefully) see. Avoid him at all cost.

100% of incumbent Congressional and Sentatorial Democrat candidates avoided Obamacare; it doesn't apply to them.

The Republican candidate should make ObamaCare the centerpiece of their campaign. They should force the issue to be discussed, and make their Democratic opponents defend the law.

Question No. 1: Did you read the Bill before voting for it? If they say no, slam them. If they say yes, go to question No. 2

Question No. 2: Why was Healthcare.gov created, instead of just letting people go on the internet sites of health insurance companies directly? If they answer that Healthcare.gov was necessary in order to figure out who got subsidies, and how much, go to question No.3.

Question No. 3: If you read the Bill before you voted for it, or even if you read the Bill after you voted, you would know that under Obamacare, as written and passed by the democrats, only people that use state exchanges are entitled to subsidies (and yesterday a federal judge confirmed this interpretation of the law). So, are you ignorant as to the provisions in Obamacare, or do you just continue to lie to your constituents about the provisions of Obamacare (much like the lies of the President when he said you could keep your existing policies and doctors)?
