Have no fear.
The same administrative regime that runs Obamacare, the VA, and Post office are now protecting us from Ebola.
Just in time for martial law to be declared before the elections.
its just me, I know. at tom freiden’s press conference, I couldn’t help but notice two things. one, he refused three times to directly answer the question, is the patient a us citizen, and two, all of the many reporters who called in with questions were women.
dads, don’t let your boy grow up and go to journalism school, I don’t think he’ll get a job.
Moslem “Love” from the pRes_ _ent to Americans.
When EV-68, IS, and tuberculosis just are not enough.
Remind me to Repent!
Obola.
That is all.
Obola, thanks Obama.
Well Holy Crap.
That person was exhibiting symptoms, else they would not have come in, which means they were contagious.
Probably went to an ER where they exposed several people there even before the patient answered the question, "Have you been out of the country lately", the answer to which must have sent the whole department into overdrive.
All the other patients who were in the waiting room were exposed as well. "Strict isolation" my a$$ - the damage has been done, and I hope they're testing every one of the staff and patients RTFN!
The family? The arrival date? Mode of entry? Betcha, we never hear anything about a passenger list being checked, this Ebola carrier CRAWLED in, or arrived special delivery by Obama’s next day air courier.
While it’s true that we have the best facilities in the world for treating Ebola patients, so far there has only been a need to treat one or two aid workers at a time who have contracted this disease. My fear is that at some point, Ebola will begin to expand exponentially in this country, overwhelming the health care system. What then?
“This is the first-ever case of this strain of Ebola confirmed in the United States.”
Looks like another first for Obama.
“shovel ready jobs” = mass graves.....
“The Medical Community underestimated the impact of Ebola to our citizens and our national security”............I can hear it now.
I better start reading all those SHTF blogsites!
Obozo’s revenge on Perry?
Strange how the first case was not in a Dem state, like NY,CA or IL.
Look at the flowers.
Frieden also gave a brief timeline of the patient's infection in his comments Tuesday afternoon. The patient, an adult, took a flight from Liberia that departed on Sept. 19 and arrived in the U.S. on the 20th. He first showed symptoms of Ebola on Sept. 24, then first sought care on Sept. 26, before he was admitted to the hospital on Sept. 28.
Gosh, I feel so much better. Not.
The single known case of Ebola has in all likelihood already exposed and infected 20 others.
Over the period of time before the first individual began exhibiting symptoms, each one of those 20 have already exposed and infected a minimum of 10 others = 200 possible cases of Ebola already existing in the U.S.
If each one of those 200 also expose and infect 10 others in the coming week, there could easily be 2,000 cases of Ebola infections already present in the United States.
And that's just week #1.
What happens? The capacity of the specialized quarantine units at select hospitals will be quickly overwhelmed, leading to chaos as those infected seek treatment at hospitals that are ill-equipped to handle large numbers of infected patients, spreading the virus in crowded hospital emergency rooms, clinics, and doctor's offices as the number of infections increases exponentially.
May God help us.
Most unnerving is the fact they (CDC)won’t answer our questions about whether or not this person is even an American citizen or not. No mention of where he came from (just W. Africa)or when. Any word on how he got here and who authorized it if he’s a foreigner???
Why does the CDC own a patent on Ebola invention?
