Not only are the girls being targeted to young to remember the Dalkon Shield (which caused problems for more than 10% of the women who used it), their mothers aren't even old enough to remember it.

Yes, I am sure there are many ambulance chasing lawyers out there who can’t wait for this new proposal to be implemented! Just think of the class action lawsuits waiting to happen. Ka-ching!
