According to him, the representatives of the Russian army are studying the situation in the refugee camps intending to send all the men back to the Donbas in the ranks of the people's militia "to fight for the 'Novorossia'." People who do not show the desire to fight are politely reminded that they do not have any rights in Russia, because they are not citizens, and in the case of their complete disappearance nobody would even look for their corpses.
