Ted Cruz is running for president. The only thing left for him to do is say so.
According to sources close to the Texas senator, Cruz could be preparing for an end-of-year announcement and is now dedicating considerable time and effort to cultivating a foreign-policy foundation that might help his candidacy stand out in what is guaranteed to be a crowded field.
"At this point it's 90/10 he's in," one Cruz adviser said. "And honestly, 90 is lowballing it."

I hope it isn’t COMPLETELY foreign policy focused, because there are a lot of core domestic issues that are critical to the recovery of our national commitment to liberty, free markets and Constitutional law.
I expect the economy to tank again before we get there. So he will have to pivot.
I commented the other day, if anyone thinks Cruz is not running they have not been listening.
We only have two years left, we need to get behind one candidate now, Cruz fits the bill for everything we could ask for in candidate, if we begin to support him now, instead of trying to find a better candidate down the road, we will have a repeat of 2012, and wind up with another Romney...IMO!
And that’s another reason to GOTV to retake the Senate, so Cruz can be virtual POTUS (like he kinda is now) with the majority.
All the RINOs we hate, he can control them (or neuter, whichever he prefers) after we return them to DC.
Put another way, you FR Harry Reid Fan Club members, if you return your RINO senator, you get to watch Cruz hammer the crap out of them for the next two years and beyond!
Yeah, but Cruz doesn't need to prep for that - he could probably speak extemporaneously on any of those subjects while half-asleep.
This is the HEADLINE on Drudge...
