The last I heard there was still a pending court case on whether the Democrats should have to comply with the law requiring that they name a substitute candidate. What happened with that?

Silly rabbit, election laws are for Republicans to follow, not democrats.
I really hope the campaign advisors for Roberts are using Orman’s comments in those TV ads you spoke about.
Orman sounds like an out and out lefty who’s trying really hard to conceal those leanings.
You almost don’t need to nail him over his Dem connections. You could hit him really hard over his lack of sincerity or ability to articulate exactly what he stands for.
Orman: “Vote for me, I won’t tell you sh-t about what I believe or who I am. Trust me....”
I would expect the RNC to dump every spare penny in this race to protect one their own.
That case was heard by the the Sebelius packed Kansas Supreme Court. They ruled that it just wasn’t fair that Taylor had to keep his name on the ballot just because of some silly law. Those who voted for him in the primary should just get over it and vote for Orman, that who the Democrat leadership really wants anyway, voters need to do as they are told. They put it in very proper legal language, of course, but that’s what they really thought.
If he can't even come out with a position on Keystone then he is useless as a legislator.
Orman has said he would caucus with whichever party has the majority after Novembers midterm elections
What about gun control?
He said gun restrictions should be strengthened but would not specify whether he backs an assault-weapons ban.
And on the biggest question of all Would he caucus with Democrats or Republicans?
Orman insists hes not sure.
Are the people of Kansas really so stupid that they can't see through this phony?
He doesn't have enough information to decide on the Keystone pipeline? And he wants to be a U.S. Senator? Give me a (expletive deleted) break. He is simply lying about it and all the other key issues of his campaign. Why? Because he is a Democrat and has to lie. It both suits his purpose and is, as we all well know, actually genetic.
Obama said that if you liked your healthcare plan, you could keep it.
When asked by the pollster, the voter should reply, “Hmmm, not sure.”
He needs a new tagline:
Orman - a representative of nothing for nobody!
Orman - uncertain leadership for uncertain times!
Orman - he’ll vote ‘present’ for you!
I highly doubt he’ll caucus with the republicans if he wins and they take the senate anyway.
He may as well plead ‘Send me to DC because there are some HOT loose chicks up there! Hotter than here, anyway’
Debauchery: A democrat resume enhancement.
The big difference between the left and the right—the left is afraid that people will find out what they believe, and the right is afraid people won’t.
LOL!! good one.
I just got back from Kansas, and did not see a whole bunch of ads. Roberts appears to be running a sad, mealy mouthed campaign.
OTOH, Ed Gillespie of VA just started running attack ads, tying his opponent to Obama; expect him to pick up points on Warner.
You have to pass it to see what’s in it
