The party in the new club continued into the wee hours Sunday morning. Strawberry daiquiris flowed. Music from DJ Bay Bay pulsed. Teens were chilling and dancing.
Then came the gunfire.
Witnesses said they heard dozens of rounds, maybe 100, rip through a storefront Miami nightclub called The Spot, wedged between a furniture store and a smoke shop.
When the gunfire stopped, 15 young people were wounded, bloodied and dazed, the youngest of them 11 years old, the oldest 25.
Young people now, throughout the United States Chicago or Miami or LA or wherever youre at, even in small towns [young people are] running around with AK-47s and everything, the witness added.
We have those kinds of shootings around here for 2am birthday parties. (Not joking).
Relax folks...this is S Florida.
From the article: “...A neighborhood resident who declined to give her name said Sunday that she encountered a mean crowd the couple of times she had visited the club.
There are no nice people there, she said, including the managers...”
Recipe for disaster? Nah........... She obviously doesn’t understand the anger and frustration of these youts.
AK47? A hundred rounds? There must have been several dozen fatalities.
A hundred rounds. Come on. As if there wouldn’t have been a 100 at least wounded. According to difi, these spray hoses hit every round without fail. All the “rounds” are apparently laser guided. Even better if they’re equipped with those “shoulder goes up” thingys. :>}
They should have curfew laws. Anyone 14 or younger must leave the bar no later than 1 a.m. (midnight on school days).
