Kind of like saying not EVERY Nazi was responsible for the Holocaust or the war.
I hope that just for once in an incident of this kind, the family of the victim doesn’t come out being all forgiving on behalf of the victim and trying to “reach out” to the murdering scum. Just once, I’d love to see a normal, human reaction to this type of brutality, and the fact that our government is enabling it.
