In Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court said that if Congress were to "find" that the unborn human is a "person" within the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment "appellant's case collapses."

Republicans could have done this, by a simple majority vote. They didn't.

By a simple majority vote, Republicans could remove abortion from the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. They never have.

In 41 years, despite having Republicans in control of both houses of Congress and the White House, Republicans have never done either of these two things that would have nullified all the abortion decisions of the Supreme Court.

THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE EXISTENCE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

Here is something else Congress could do, that they never will:

Congress needs to "find" that Islam, the religion of Mohammed, the religion of the Koran, is not a "religion" within the meaning of the First Amendment.
