Perfect timing actually. Now he can get through his coming indictment with a conviction and still get an executive pardon from his buddy, Zero.

If you read his bio, there is nothing outstanding there that is much different than hundreds of others in the law profession...other than he advised Obozo during his election campaign. He leaves in disgrace with the honor of being the only cabinet member in history to have contempt charges filed against him. He bailed because he took a hard look at the huge fan in front of him and the hundreds of people carrying buckets behind the fan, all reaching for the switch. He not only was horrible at his job, he slinks away from responsibility for his actions, tail between his legs, showing the same cowardice and arrogance reflected in his boss. Good riddance.

No need. Even if all the Dems are voted out in November they can vote in another crook in their lame duck session.

...values of our Constitution
++++
The problem is the low information voters and kids in the federal schools think the Constitution is a bowel disorder.

Okay...seriously, Holder departing in September essentially one month before the elections...what do the democrats know about their polling data that would indicate that “NOW” is the time for Holder to leave.

What are the dems afraid of...losing the Senate and the republicans retaining the house...If the democrats believe so firmly and with such deep conviction that “ALL” of their actions were above board, why does Holder have to leave, why. I know Holder believes deep down in his puny little activist heart that what he was doing was good and just and right, not necessarily good and just and right for the entire nation but at least for the special interest groups that got his boss elected.

I can’t imagine someone like obama being afraid of a house and senate controlled by the republicans — I mean, his administration has been the most open, honest, and transparent since the history of presidents, what is there to be afraid of. I mean he has a pen and phone...Why does Holder have to leave now.

If Holder was a man and had a pair, he would stay. But apparently “we” may find out there was some sketchy things going on and he doesn’t want to be around when the fhit hits the san. COWARD!!!

Dip$hits last two years as president are going to be so fun to watch if the dems lose the senate...

First Black AG and first AG in 225 years to be held in contempt of congress. Nice legacy. Almost as good as Obama’s and his “I hate whitey” rule.

As with most things with this admin., it’s best to keep what you have rather than risk much worse with the new and improved version.

Maybe now Americans can finally do something about ‘RAT voter fraud without getting sued by the communists and Nazis down at the DNC’s “Department of Justus”.

When Kennedy was elected President there was concern in the country he would attempt to turn the country “Catholic’ - and push the agenda of Rome over our traditions and Constitution.

That concern was unfounded.

Kennedy was "American" first and foremost - and a Catholic second. Kennedy's election assisted citizens with being comfortable with Catholics. He showed wisdom.

Had Romney been elected he would have done the same for Mormons. While I don't agree with many of Kennedy's and Romney's beliefs they're not “America haters’... Neither would govern based on 'their groups' or govern with chips on their shoulders...

Obama lacked the class to see the larger picture. He and Holder were the opposite of Kennedy. Rather than being Americans first - and blacks second - both Obama and Holder are ‘black men’ period.

It's shameful.

Obama and Holder exude contempt for this country, our beliefs, our laws and our accomplishments. Rather than seeing the election as an opportunity to assist the country with feeling safe and comfortable with black leaders, they've taught us the opposite.

I'm thankful Holder - a man who hates the United States is leaving... Obama will attempt to replace him with another hater - anther arrogant jerk who thinks he's better than all our traditions, successes, and history. That's the price we have to pay for electing Obama - a black man first - an American second.
