Could you imagine if the government had prohibited consideration of ideology (Nazi leanings) in identifying possible internal threats during WWII? That’s exactly how many critics might analogize new rules handed down by Attorney General Eric Holder that hamstring the FBI, rules disallowing the use of religious factors in the pursuit of terrorist suspects. In other words, all other things being equal, Muslims must be viewed as no more likely to carry out terrorist attacks than are Catholics, Jews, Presbyterians, Methodists, or Episcopalians.

If the Republicans had any gonads, they would start impeachment proceedings for tyranny immediately, with this Obama edict as exhibit A and the smoking gun, and dare the Democrats — in the face of November elections — to oppose them.
Everyone is scared of Islamic terrorism these days, and I think the vast majority of Americans would support impeachment if they know that Obama had forbidden the FBI from scrutinizing Muslims.
America won’t pay attention to Fox News, but impeachment based on this (and other) issues would definitely grab national attention.

Truly the biggest threat to the Sultan in Washington’s idea of the (near) future Islamic America is, indeed, from Conservatives, and Christians, not from ISIS, the future elite of the American Caliphate.

Not just true, downright scary as well. The FBI is complicit in violating their duty to protect and defend the United States.
True, but it wasn't enough to engage public outrage except among those who follow the news. Nowadays, everybody -- even people who don't normally follow politics -- is freaked out about Islamic terrorism.
I have no doubt that this outrage could be enough to have the public screaming for Obama's impeachment.
But it's true that Republican leadership in the House hasn't got the testicular fortitude to do what really would be the right thing.
