Members of the dreaded Islamic sect, Boko Haram, on Wednesday attacked Shaffa and Shindiffu villages of Hawul Local Government Area of Borno State, killing a pastor, a teacher and 18 others.

Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Gideon Jubrin, who spoke to journalists on the telephone on Thursday, confirmed the attacks on Shaffa and Shindiffu villages.
This news needs to be more on the forefront of Americans, because the Boko Haram guys are not much different than ISIS and they are just as brutal. What they are attempting to do is turn this part of Nigeria into a Sharia state and its the area with the heaviest Chrisitan population of Nigeria which would throw the election of the President of Nigeria, who is a Christian into doubt.
The EYN is the Nigerian church founded by Church of the Brethren probably 80 years ago. They recently had to close Kulp Bible school where the pastors are trained because of the fear of Boko Haran Killing any students they find. Many of the members and pastors of churches in this are have fled to refugee communities in Camaroon or just fled into the bush

We had a Dominican Priest from Nigeria visit our parish in So Cal recently for fund raising. It was such a pleasure listening to him speak about the situation in Nigeria. The Christian community is large and growing. Under threat yes. Terrified? No. He was educated, well spoken and from what I could tell pretty conservative in his views. Would love for someone like him debate Jesse or Al. He was just a strong Christian man. African came second. Nice.
Has the man in the pointy hat told us to send troops to kill Boko Haram (re. the order to do the same to those ISIS monkeys)?
Oh really? Why not? How many American families have had to sacrifice to put their kids through college, and not even Ivy League ones? This b**tard and his friend are receiving Ivy League educations without having to pay one dime for them, because they are "different", because their parents jumped the border to get here.
Dammit....wrong thread.....
Geez... I know some on FR who would love to have helped raze those satanic churches....
RIP.
