This may have at least something to do with the criminal Eric Holder deciding to resign.

Holder resign. Nah. As for the documents, they were LLC’d. Lois lerner’s computer’d. So sorry. No records could be found. Obviously some sort of equipment malfunction.

Maybe the Marxist selects the former AG as an adviser so he will not have to testify.

I expect the lawyers at DOJ are working over time to parse the language of the request to minimize what gets turned over. This isnt over by any means, too many big shots have much to lose b/c of it.

If you are correct than somebody is leaking Federal Court decisions to the regime before they are issued.

Not good!

In my dreams of a restoration of the rule of law I see Holder charged with several hundred counts of conspiracy to murder for his role in F & F, extradited to Mexico, found guilty on 300 counts or so, sentenced to life in prison for each to be served seriatum, and finally starring on TV in Locked Up Abroad annually like a classic Christmas special.

My thoughts too. I wonder if they can they compel Holder to submit to questioning once he becomes a private citizen...

Eric Holder’s departure was the first thing that came to my mind.

Fast & Furious was a criminal operation that resulted in the murders of hundreds of Mexicans and at least two border agents, iirc. It was not coordinated with the Mexican government because they were appalled. It’s probably why we can’t get SGT Tahmoorisi released from prison.

Holder purposefully put weaponry in the hands of cartel murderers just so they could point at US gun shops and say it was their fault.

Under pressure the administration will finally release the requested documents but they will be almost totally blacked out.

Then we go to Round 2 which will take another 5 years to work its way through the courts.

This is the case that should have Obama impeached and he and Eric in prison.
