The leftists running the Democrat party use the judiciary to silence critics on trumped up allegations and phoney violations, yet justice never seems to come to them when they commit crimes. Dinesh D’Sousa barely escaped jail time for some phony violation of election laws that Democrats violate with impunity. VA officials who manipulated patient waiting lists to fraudulently get bonuses are not being held accountable despite some veterans dying as a result of their fraud. Lois Lerner and others at the IRS are clearly guilty of obstructing justice yet will never be prosecuted. Scooter Libby spent time in jail for similar but lesser offenses.
Its not that D’Sousa didn’t violate a law, he did. It is exactly as you say, however, the unequal application of the law. Unions and the democrats need not obey any election or campaign finance law and, when caught, receive a slap on the wrist. When only one side is held to account for violating the law that is criminalizing opposition.
