Californians remain split in their views of the Affordable Care Act, according to a new poll by the Public Policy Institute of California.

According to the poll, 42% of respondents viewed the ACA favorably -- down slightly from May. Meanwhile, 46% of respondents had an unfavorable view of the law.

I wonder if they would have used the word "divided" if the numbers had been 46% "liked" and 42% "unfavorable."

46+42 = 88, right? That means (I'm going out on a limb here) that 12% of Californians are "Wait, what?" on the question.

AND they are voting on a proposition to give the state Insurance Commissioner the power to reject rate increases.

This will collapse even faster than we hoped it could.

Of the numbers polled how many are on, what’d they call it?; ACA?

What happened to Obamacare?

He said be was proud to have it named after him;
. “The Affordable Care Act — also known as Obamacare,” Obama said to applause from backers at the University of Denver.

“I actually like the name,” he added. “Because I do care — that’s why we fought so hard to make it happen.”
