Democratic California state senator Roderick Wright was convicted Friday on eight felony counts including perjury and voter fraud and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Senator Roderick Wright of Los Angeles was convicted in January of lying about whether he lived in the district he sought to represent, the first in a string of criminal proceedings against three state senators this year that effectively cost Democrats their two-thirds majority in the California Senate.

Show this story to any liberal who thinks Dinesh D'Souza got off easy. 90 days for a conviction on 8 felony counts?

Does this mean he loses the ability to legally vote illegally in upcoming elections?

90 days minus time served, good time and a little wink with the parole board and he’ll be back on the campaign trail this time next week if not sooner.

Probably not.

She said Wright was no longer eligible to hold elective office in California.

Let me guess. The MSM will fail to mention he is a D if they cover this story.

He is from Chicago. He would fit right in back there and wear his conviction as a badge of honor.

She said Wright was no ‘longer eligible to hold elective office in California.’

......stop thinking of the Democratic Party as merely a political party, because it’s much more than that. not just the party of slavery, segregation, secularism, and sedition. Not just the party of Aaron Burr, Boss Tweed, Richard J. Croker, Bull Connor, Chris Dodd, Richard Daley, Bill Ayers, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, and Emperor Barack Hussein Obama II.

Not just the party of Kendall “Agent 202” Myers, the State Department official recruited as a Cuban spy along with his wife during the Carter administration.

Rather, think of the Democratic Party as what it really is: a criminal organization masquerading as a political party. (Excerpt) Read more at pjmedia.com ...

Perjury and vote fraud are extremely serious felonies. This criminal should spend at least a decade in prison for subverting our government and its legitimacy.
