I saw a cartoon (on FR? don't remember) recently... Pictures of LA during the Rodney King riots, interspersed with pictures of Europe and Japan circa 1945. "When Blacks riot they burn down their neighborhoods, when whites riot they burn down continents."
Will that reckoning ever come? Depends on if teenaged youths start venturing out to riot in supposed "safe" white suburban enclaves. That would get ugly, quick. Until then, it'll be low-level stuff like what's in this article. People won't care, until they're forced to.
The OP is about an attack on a woman by a group of teens. A bystander stepped in to save her life. You contributed a story about a similar attack where the victim's friends ran away and left her to her fate. It was a dissonant tale. You are free to walk it back.
Teenagers is not that euphemism. I was surprised it was used unless there were white kids involved. The accepted euphemism is "Teens"and refers to misbehaving blacks of any age normally if the group referenced contains one or more individuals under 30.

These riots tend to stay isolated in areas where overwhelming retribution is unlikely.

We have a small number of brainwashed knuckleheads who insist that it’s never right to hit a woman. They and their families will be the first to die when the commies send out mobs of children to their neighborhoods to kill them. They will hesitate and die. These “sheepmen” are totally oblivious to the fact that commies use children to advance their agenda, including the use of children to rape, pillage and murder.
