GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - A 20-year-old Mesa County woman is being held on $100,000 cash bond while she is at the center of an investigation involving the death of a small child who was in her care.
The Grand Junction Police Department says Angel Place, who was 11 months old, died at the hands of her foster parent, Sydney White, on September 17.

I want to know more.
I had my white grandchildren placed in a black household for foster care by a black case worker and a black judge. Us, the grandparents were excluded cause we lived in another state, 2000 miles away. The case workers staged crap to keep us out of consideration.
I clicked on the link, but wasn’t able to read the whole thing. When I got to the part where she throttled the baby using one of the methods we used on the farm for slaughtering chickens, I had to stop.
Where can I get some good strong brain bleach
This was a white baby in a white household.
But letting a 20 year old be a foster parent is obscene.
How does the state think that a 20yr old is a proper foster parent?
Don't blame her age. This girl is a sadistic (or maybe sociopathic) killer. Maybe a psychiatric assessment could have revealed that beforehand, but I don't know.
I was thinking the same...how in the heck did she even become a foster parent in the first place? 20 year old? Seems legit...
Here’s another example of those highly-trained, professional judges of human character in the foster-care business.
There is much about this case that we don’t know.
What I know is that their is no mention as to how or why this young woman was picked as a foster parent or why the child needed to be put into foster care. There is a quote from the father but there is no explanation of why he didn’t have custody of his own child or anything at all about the mother.
Foster care is all too often a dicey deal
Were these child protective services people, if anything, too overzealous in their protection of children at the expense of parents and guardians?
