REALITY CHECK A primetime network news segment focused on an "impoverished" latino mother who paid big bucks to get her son coached to take the College Boards---but he was so stupid, he still couldn't pass them. So the C/B summarily "changed" the tests so that Pedro could pass using subversive Third World hate-filled US history.

The purpose of a public education is to create good citizens. Good citizens are patriotic, civic minded, and informed participants in community, state, and national affairs.

And why exactly weren’t All the Teachers that organized this walk out FIRED?? And every Student that participated should be EXPELLED. Let them finish their studies on their own.
Somebody should ask the students exactly what it is their protesting against. When they can’t answer, tell them to think about how they ended up at this protest and how they feel about having been programmed to protest on demand without even understanding what it is they’re protesting.
Teachers and students need to get a grip with reality. The reality that they live in a country with a Constitution and relative freedom.
I pray the school board keeps the curriculum.
Fire the teachers and the pricipal who put them up to it.
