The campaign of Democratic candidate for governor Jack Hatch has suspended television ads in two Iowa markets, including Sioux City, and changed its advertising strategy in two others but denies it's a sign the campaign is struggling financially.

I was going to make some smart-alec comment about Branstad’s age and time as Governor. I mean, I remember him as Governor way back when I was 20ish, some 20 years ago. Could that guy still be alive? It’s funny how young he looks in the old photos now that I am (allegedly) so much older.

It makes sense to suspend a print media campaign in Sioux City, because no one in that backwater sh-thole can read.
I thought the Register claimed Hatch was closing in...
The Federal races, US Senate and House, are at the top of the ballot.
